We're sorry but there's a little issue. The first time you start it [64 version], an error message may appear (the other times you start it, the error won't show)
Then it starts fine, but i don't know if this issue causes something inside the program.
If it does, let me know, comment here!

Ok. Sorry......

I get a "Configuration Error 16" on opening. Any thoughts? I am running Windows 7 64 bit.

The House of Portable said...

That may happen if you don't have admin rights. Sorry about that

Anonymous said...

Previous anon here. Forgot to mention that I tried it on two comps with full admin rights.

The House of Portable said...

Don't know then. Searched a moment on the Web and found it's a problem caused by permission denied for a certain folder that in this case is into the portable file of course. I'm sorry

InDesign next, please - thank you!

Go see the point 4 in the FAQ page! It should resolve the issue :D

Thank you for PSP CC Works perfectly. Congratulations. Just a question: how to add filters. Ca'nt find the folder.
Thanks for yo reply.
Jo

The House of Portable said...

The folder is near the exe:
/Sandbox/adobe photoshop cc/roaming/modified/@programfiles@/adobe/adobe photoshop cc/ :D

Jasmine Pat said...

thanks for the reply. I saw the FAQ section, have a query that may sound very basic. I have downloaded all the 3 parts. do I unzip them in 1 folder? or in 3 different folders? do I have to merge the parts?

The House of Portable said...

It's written in the faq.. Extract the files once from the first part, it will extract from all the parts you have downloaded. That's it

Modadvance By Alessio said...

The House of Portable said...

Modadvance By Alessio said...

Ciao e grazie.

The House of Portable said...

Misteri!

Modadvance By Alessio said...

The House of Portable said...

looppool said...

finally a proper permissions build! drag & drop functionality is essential to this software...yay!

any chance photomerge or hdr automation can work? keep getting "error 19." i think it's related to the "color settings could not be found error"

The House of Portable said...

I'm sorry I don't know why that error happens :( it may be related to that surely but..uff

Moros said...

Is there any problem with the 32bits version ? I'd like to know before downloading

Anonymous said...

whats the point in portable if u need admin rights anyway??

The House of Portable said...

Oh right I forgot! That error doesn't show in the 32bit version :D so no problems at all ;)

The House of Portable said...

No installing, no cracking, more spare time, ready to use

CGar said...

True but only on machines where admin access is avalable. My interest in virtulized apps was that it provided a way to run things that would normally require installation on PC's that admin access is not avalable. Such as at college. I managed to get a version of CS6 that was virtulized in a way that managed this though. Plus its backwards compatible with XP =D. Is it not possible to have it work without admin on CC?

The House of Portable said...

I know that without rights it could be better. I don't and I can't know how you've done that portable that does not ask for rights

CGar said...

You dont know how the version of photoshop CS6 that I got dosent need admin? I got it from this site. its this one:
http://thehouseofportable.blogspot.co.uk/2012/06/adobe-photoshop-cs6-extended-portable.html

Im assuming its either because with CS6 the virtulazation tool finds, isolates and virtulizes the registry entries and files that it needs better. Or more care was taken to ensure any entries and files are isolated properly to stop it needing access to the host system. Either way in my opinion this makes the CS6 version truly portable. Which is always nice =D

The House of Portable said...

Ooh okay, got it. Lol I did the cs6 with thinapp because spoon gave an error+crash twice - before building the exe. Maybe thinapp is better in this but spoon is way better for tons of other things.. :c

CGar said...

And here I was thinking that I should just delete ThinApp because Spoon looked so much more powerfull and awesome lol. Did you try CC with ThinApp to see if it still needed admin?

The House of Portable said...

@CGar no i didnt.. i dont use it anymore.

@old anonymous: just posted INDESIGN! yay :D

Anonymous said...

Please tell me is there Adobe Bridge intergrated?

The House of Portable said...

Yes it is, but you can't run it alone, you have to start photoshop and then from it start bridge somehow, of use bridge features directly in photoshop. This has a better integration with adobe programs.

Rose_M said...

Hey, I've downloaded many of your portables and never had a problem before, but now I have downloaded Photoshop CC twice and I keep getting the error 16 but I have admin rights. Please help!

The House of Portable said...

@Rose_M that's a permission error, not necessarily linked to admin rights, if u have them or not.
try this: open any folder, Organize > Folder and Search Options, and click the View tab. now deselect Use Sharing Wizard (Recommended) at the bottom of the Advanced Settings section. Also select Show hidden files.

go in the sandbox folder near the exe, and navigate to /sandbox/photoshop cc/roaming/modified/@programfilescommon@/adobe. right click on Adobe PCD folder - properties - security tab, set full control to administrators and system.
go to @appdatacommon@/adobe. right click on slstore folder - properties. In the Attributes section, deselect the Read-Only option. Click Apply. go to security tab, set:
Administrators: Full Control
Power Users: Everything but Full Control and Special
System: Full Control
Users: Read and Special

click Advanced - Owner - Edit... Select Replace Owner on Subcontainers and Objects. Click Apply, and then click OK. Click the Permissions tab and click Change Permissions. Select Replace all Child Object Permissions with Inheritable Permissions from this Object. Click OK, and then click Yes. okokokokok exit all..hope it helps.damn

Hi im a frequent user of your famous portable apps but for some reason i can't get the second part for PhotoshopCC
Is there a problem with me or the site?

The House of Portable said...

I think it was deleted from depositfiles, go with tus! =)

Noli Araral said...

Hi, the tus files are in exe format. Are these tus download managers we need to install before we can dl the rar files? Appreciate the help.

The House of Portable said...

Damn, No. did you read the faq page? You have to disable the tick before downloading.

part 2 now has this error
This file does not exist, the access to the following file is limited or it has been removed due to infringement of copyright.

synth6 said...

I am told this program has stopped working and I'm forced to close it. This error happens with every Adobe CC product I have downloaded from this site. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit with full admin privileges and full control on all of the folders. I'd really like to make these work, since your CS6 portables don't load the sandbox into the same directory as the application.

The House of Portable said...

Some cs6 portables do load the sandbox in their folder. For your issues, that's strange, since most of users use them without problems or they got some problems with our of them, but not with all of them.. So the problem may be into your machine.. but nobody really know what it could be.

synth6 said...

Actually, after playing with it for a while, I tried it again as it was just after download. It would seem Photoshop gives me the color settings error and then crashes once the full interface opens. Premiere crashes in the middle of start-up, before I ever see the full interface. Everything else actually works now.

The House of Portable said...

Omg you're right! Thanks for reporting, reuploading. You may download from df in the meantime.. ;)

Max Albanesi said...

Ciao
la parte 2 su dpf è offline

The House of Portable said...

Esperienze passate :(

hi !
just to notice that the first part of deposit file was deleted.

keep up the good work !

Hey THOP,
I appreciate you're portablizing ALL these useful apps for us....Great job :). However I'm trying to mimic what you're doing on my end with ThinApp v5.0.0. It’s a simple app to use for guys like me, not so tech savvy.
My question: How did you bring the PS CC 64bit to around 670MB? Can you gimme some insight what files/folders did you delete inside ThinApp capture folder, without breaking the functionality of the program, of course?
Mine, with default Thinapp capture folders untouched, reached to about 1GB in size. W00t ….
Thnks!!!

The House of Portable said...

Yeah for photoshop CC I used spoon studio which is the same as thinapp but a lot more functional and a bit more complicated. The final size is randomly determined, if I do the same things twice, the size will be different. Well it depends on what you do while doing the whole thing, everything you'll do, the post capture will recognize it and will add the files into the capture folder.. So you may search in that folder for things like chrome or some other program which has nothing to do with photoshop and delete it, but be careful cos then the program may not work cos maybe those things were important. So I usually delete nothing.. But do what you want and make experience :)

Josip said...

I get this error:

Photoshop Portable cannot be run from inside C:\Program Files. This location is for standard local software only. Please us this application from another location.

Can you allow this portable apple to run from any location. It was never an issue with CS6.

Thanks

The House of Portable said...

Well I don't know something may have changed in portabilizator.. Cmon change the location :)
